What is my User Name?

Your User Name is the email address you used when registering.

Yes! All donations are eligible for tax deductions, and we issue receipts. Donation receipts are mailed to your registered address every January. If you need one at any other time, you can request it anytime by phone or email.

How can I update my address or change how I receive newsletters?
If your address or personal information has changed, simply log in to our website and go to My Account > Account Settings to update your details.

How can I request a replacement if my mailing was lost?
If you’ve misplaced a mailing, please contact us through Contact Us or email us at [email protected] to request a re-send. To help prevent lost or returned mail, we kindly ask you to check that your address, email, and phone number are up to date under My Account > Account Settings.

TIP! By choosing to receive contents via email instead of paper mail, you help reduce printing and mailing costs—allowing us to support more children while also protecting the environment.

 

We provide a report on our programs and finances from the previous year through our Annual Report every first half of the year. Updates on donation-supported programs are also shared via online. Additionally, we keep you informed of the positive changes you help make through our monthly eNewsletter.

Can I donate goods or supplies?
Yes! Donations of goods are possible both domestically and internationally.

However, due to Good Neighbors’ internal policies, all in-kind donations require prior discussion and a needs assessment before proceeding. Only products with at least 60% of their shelf life remaining can be accepted.

Please note that used items cannot be accepted, as they often do not meet the needs or conditions of the communities we serve, making distribution difficult.

Yes! You can make donations using the name of your workplace, club, or organization.

  • Clubs and groups: To prevent duplicate issuance of donation receipts, receipts cannot be issued in the club or group name. However, if donations are collected and submitted under individual members’ names, donation receipts can be issued. In this case, the group must provide the members’ personal information to Good Neighbors.

  • Companies: You can register and donate under your company’s name. Donation receipts will be issued using the company information and business registration details provided during registration.

To cancel a sponsorship, we handle requests only by phone to provide guidance on payment methods and hear your feedback.
